Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services operated by Nolibox (Hong Kong) Limited ("Dynal", "we", "us", or "our").
Dynal is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. Definitions
- Account: a registered user profile used to access the Services.
- Customer Content: prompts, messages, text, files, images, drafts, comments, resources, product information, case studies, profile information, and other materials submitted, uploaded, imported, or processed through the Services.
- Services: Dynal web applications, browser extensions, AI features, integrations, websites, and related services.
- Third-Party Services: products, platforms, applications, models, payment processors, or services provided by third parties that interoperate with or support the Services.
- You: the person or organization using the Services.
2. Services
Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan limits, Dynal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
The Services may include AI content generation, reply drafting, translation, lead review, resource libraries, personalization, and browser extension features.
The Dynal browser extension for LinkedIn helps you review LinkedIn engagement, identify prospects, and draft or translate replies. The extension is designed as a read-only assistant. It reads content already rendered on pages you view and does not post, send, auto-scroll, auto-load, scrape in the background, or act on LinkedIn on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated draft before using it and for deciding whether, when, and how to use any comment or reply.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. For material changes that significantly reduce paid functionality, we will provide notice where reasonably practical or legally required.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, or if you use the Services with valid authorization from a parent, guardian, or organization.
4. General Conditions
You agree not to copy, sell, resell, exploit, interfere with, or misuse any part of the Services except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, platform-policy compliance, abuse prevention, payment failure, operational integrity, or violation of these Terms.
The Services use HTTPS/TLS and other safeguards for network transmission. You are responsible for maintaining secure devices, browsers, and account credentials.
5. Accuracy, AI Outputs, and User Responsibility
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. Dynal does not guarantee that AI outputs are correct, lawful, non-infringing, or appropriate for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them, or using them in business decisions.
The Services do not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice.
6. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions
We may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, limits, credits, supported LinkedIn accounts, and resource-library capacity are described on the relevant pricing page, checkout page, or in-product plan description.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for applicable recurring fees, taxes, and charges.
Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through your account settings or other supported cancellation flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, stated in a specific offer, or approved by us in writing. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
When a subscription ends, you may lose access to paid features, higher limits, additional LinkedIn account slots, additional resource-library capacity, or other plan-specific benefits. We may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Use browser extension features with any account, content, conversation, or page that you are not authorized to access.
- Violate LinkedIn's terms, policies, or technical restrictions.
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services except where allowed by law.
- Use the Services to build or train a competing product or service.
- Overload, disrupt, probe, scan, or interfere with the Services or related networks.
8. Customer Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your Customer Content.
You grant Dynal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services you request, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
We do not use Customer Content or extension-derived LinkedIn page content for advertising, retargeting, unrelated market research, or general-purpose model training unless you provide separate affirmative consent.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Content to Dynal and to use it with the Services.
We may remove or restrict Customer Content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, protect the Services, or enforce these Terms.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization or process personal information about other people, you are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining required rights, permissions, and consents.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may interoperate with Third-Party Services, including LinkedIn, Google, Stripe, AI processing providers, analytics tools, infrastructure providers, and communication providers.
Your use of Third-Party Services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Dynal is not responsible for third-party platforms, content, actions, outages, policy changes, or restrictions.
We may limit, change, or suspend integration features if platform changes, policy requirements, security issues, legal requirements, or operational risks require it.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynal disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output, information, or content will be accurate or reliable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynal and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business, or anticipated savings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Dynal and its affiliates for all claims related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Dynal for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid Dynal.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful misconduct where such exclusions are prohibited.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dynal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, directly arising from your Customer Content, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
We will provide reasonable notice of any claim and may participate in the defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes obligations on Dynal without our written consent.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may delete your account where supported or contact us for account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create legal or security risk, misuse the Services, or if continued operation becomes impractical due to platform, legal, or operational constraints.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
15. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer or data protection law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. If changes materially affect your rights or paid Services, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and Dynal regarding the Services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
